Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

Returns policy

If you've changed your mind and want to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and claim store credit or make an exchange. 

You must send us an email at info@osomodestclothing.com or drop us a direct message on our social channels within 14 days to make a return.

​To be eligible for a return, your item must be in line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging (with the tags)

  • In a resaleable condition

  • With its proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit claim.

If you are approved, then your store credit request will be processed, and you will have access to your credit within a certain amount of days.

 

Types of goods are exempt from being returned: 

* Gift cards

Refund Policy: 

If your return has been accepted you will be refunded in the form of store credit unless otherwise agreed. For more information on your credit contact customer service at info@osomodestclothing.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have been approved for a refund request and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@osomodestclothing.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be transferred into store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be transferred into store credit or refunded but you can make an exchange.

Exchanges 

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour in an item you can contact customer service and exchange it for the same item or any other item available on our website. Send us an email at info@osomodestclothing.com or drop us a direct message on our social channels within 7 days to make the exchange.

In-line with our exchange policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging (with the tags)

  • In a resaleable condition

  • With its proof of purchase

 

Please note we do not not cover shipping charges for both returns and exchanges 

*Shipping charges will have to be paid before we can send out your exchange.*

If there is any difference in cost between the returned item and the exhchanged item, you will need to pay the difference + shipping fee.

If there is no difference you will only have to pay the shipping fee.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at info@osomodestclothing.com as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) to make your return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping costs of any exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund/store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you may need if you need to make a claim for a lost package with your choice of carrier.
