COVID-19

Can I still place an order online for delivery?

Yes. Our online business is operating as normal. Please order via the website where you can place orders for home delivery.

 

Can I still receive delivery of parcels?

Yes - there will be no break in service and we will continue to deliver to our customers.

What delivery options do you offer?

We're currently offering first class Delivery for all UK orders, which you can expect to arrive within 1-3 days. We are also offering next day delivery for customers which can be selected at checkout.

Do you offer International Delivery?

Yes, we do deliver to addresses all over the world. (Shipping charges will vary)

We only offer estimated delivery times with international orders as delays can occur depending on the efficiency of customs and the delivering services in your region.

 What are your shipping prices and estimated times?

  • UK: starting from £4.99 (estimated delivery time 3-5 working days)

  • UK: £5.99 first class delivery (estimated delivery time 1-3 working days)

  • UK: Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm £9.99

  • UK: Guaranteed next day Saturday delivery: £12.99 (select if ordering on a Friday)

  • Europe: starting from £15 (estimated delivery time 5-10 working days)

  • USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: starting from £25.00 (estimated delivery time 7-14 working days, may experience further delays due to external factors/slowed delivery services in your area. 

  • Africa: starting from £25 (estimated delivery time 7-14 business days)

Please note all shipping times (especially International/non UK) are just estimates & not guarantees. Shipping carriers can experience delays for many external reasons therefore we ask you to be patient with your delivery and keep your tracking number on hand incase you need to contact the carrier.

 

We use ROYAL MAIL to deliver in the UK, check the delivery partner in your country to see who to contact regarding delivery queries:

Once we have issued you with a tracking number, all delivery queries will have to go through the delivery partner, use the tracking number in your dispatch email to quote your package.

NOTE: 

Next day delivery is available for all UK orders and you should expect to receive your item the next working day before 1pm if ordered before 1pm the day before. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

All next day delivery orders placed on a Friday (before 1pm) must select Saturday next day delivery or next day will mean the next working day (Monday).

During busy periods like Eid and Ramadan we aim to send out all orders the same day if order is placed before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday or the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday-Sunday are sent out the following Monday.

-Note: We DO NOT dispatch orders on Bank holidays so if you select next day delivery on a Friday-Sunday your order will be sent out on Tuesday & can be expected for Wednesday.

Through out the year all orders are dispatched within 3 working days of placing your order, if you are in a rush, please be aware we are working our fastest.

Can I return an item?

If you've changed your mind and want to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) and claim store credit or make an exchange.

In-line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging (with the tags)

  • In a resaleable condition

  • With its proof of purchase

Get in contact with our customer service agents as soon as possible (via email/instagram) and we will assist you further on the process.

Can I exchange an item:

If you have ordered the wrong size or colour in an item you can contact customer service for an exchange in line with the exchange policy. 

 

In-line with our exchange policy, your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original packaging (with the tags)

  • In a resaleable condition

  • With its proof of purchase

Exchanges and returns are permitted but please note shipping charges are 100% non refundable in cash or credit.

If you opt for an exchange of a more expensive item(s) you will have to pay the difference including any shipping charges that apply.

If you are worried about sizing, please do contact us in advance of placing an order and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of orders is not permitted once the order has fully been processed and accepted.

If you decide you don't want your order but the payment has already gone through, reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible and if the order hasn't been packaged/dispatched we can transfer it into store credit or organise an exchange to another item. If the package has already been packaged/dispatched its too late to make any changes to your order.

Refund Policy: 

If your return has been accepted you will be refunded in the form of store credit. For more information on your credit contact customer service at info@osomodestclothing.com

*Non-refundable transaction fees also include shipping charges and payment processor fees which work out as a small percentage of the whole order.

*Shipping charges are only transferrable to credit in special circumstances:

*If you contact us before dispatch of an order and your cancellation is accepted you can claim it in store credit for a future order.

How It Works

  • As soon as you place an order, we will send you a Confirmation email with your order information.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched (normally 1-3 working days) you will receive a dispatch email with delivery information (tracking number).

 If you don't receive a Delivery Confirmation email right away, do not worry, give it a few minutes then check that you've; 

  1. Been charged for the transaction by your bank

  2. If you have been charged, check your junk mail for the confirmation email;

  3. If you still can't find the confirmation email, you may have put an incorrect email at checkout, in which case you would need to email us at info@osomodestclothing.com to correct your email on the order.

Note: We aim to send out all orders within 1-3 working days from confirmation of order.

Orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be processed from the next working day.

We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Eid or Bank Holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

We deliver orders internationally so shipping charges and estimated delivery times will vary between different countries.

International orders should also be aware of potential customs duties payable upon delivery.​

Customs duty charges are set by your government and has nothing to do with us nor the delivery company and in some circumstances they will ask you to pay the charge before recieving your package.

It is your responsibility to ensure you put a correct delivery address at checkout.

Any complications that arise from an incorrect delivery address will be at your own risk.
